Single-use bourbon barrels provide a rich home for Totally Roasted. This premium cider is only complete once the already delicious cinnamon, pecan and vanilla flavor is enhanced with wood and whiskey.

Inspired by the flavors of a Campari Spritz, we collaborated with our friends at Links Taproom to bring you a cider infused with bitter orange peel, star anise, cardamom and hibiscus. Served over ice.

Bittersweet Migration '20 8.3%
Bittersweet Migration blends heritage and bittersweet varieties. Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Spitzenburg, and Golden Russets are fermented with red wine yeast.

Casnovia '19 or '20 8.3%
Casnovia is made from Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Spizenburg, and Golden Russet apples. Mild tannins and acidity with no residual sugar. It touches your palate from front to back providing a lingering apple experience.

Casnovia Wild '20 8.3%
Made with our Casnovia blend but allowed to spontaneously ferment using the yeast present on the apples when they arrive from the farm. The result is a unique, dry, tart experience with a deep flavor profile.

Chapman's Oaked 6.5%
Made using a variety of American heritage apples including Winesap, Baldwin, Northern Spy, and Jonathan. Aged in white oak barrels to give slight hints of wood, vanilla, and tannin. Light carbonation lends to a complex fruit-flavored cider with a semi-dry finish.
