From the beginning, refreshing, quality, hand-crafted hard cider has been the core of what Vander Mill does. Representing the potential of locally grown, Michigan apples while bringing to life the nature and experience of a traditionally fermented cider is both a passion and a must. Hard Apple and Honeycrisp do that with purpose. Totally Roasted shows how simple, balanced flavors can work with the apple, not overpower it.
