PERRIES

Today, this variety is the most prevalent pear in the United States. Bon Chrétién is fermented using all Michigan Bartlett pears. It is semi-dry and lightly carbonated, with clean and subtle notes of pear.

CYSERS

Vander Mill's Besieged cyser bottle

BESIEGED

A barrel-aged cyser with select Michigan apples, local wildflower honey, and time spent in Revolution Brewing Straight Jacket barrels. Revolution Brewing is located in Chicago, IL and its Straight Jacket is a bourbon barrel-aged barleywine. The cyser picks up nutty, toasted coconut, stone fruit, molasses, and vanilla.

Vander Mill's Cyser Van Doom bottle

CYSER VAN DOOM

From the depths of your fears, we bring you Cyser Van Doom. Pure cider fermented dry with Michigan honey to 8.5% alcohol is where it all begins. Post-fermentation, this cyser is aged in barrels with a dark history. First used to age some of the finest bourbon and second age in Imperial IPA. After six months, Cyser Van Doom encompasses the fine qualities of all. Rich, dry, and complex.

Vander Mill's Green Mill cyser bottle

GREEN MILL

A collaborative cyser made with Greenbush Brewing Company. Michigan apple juice and wildflower honey provide an experience at once sweet and dry while aging in Greenbush’s Delusion barrels lends a distinct bourbon character.

Vander Mill's Puff cyser bottle

PUFF

Puff is a collaborative barrel-aged product between Vander Mill and New Holland Brewing Company. This cyser is fermented with Michigan wildflower honey to complete dryness and then aged in New Holland Dragon’s Milk barrels for eight months. The richness of the stout, and depth of the barrel flavor make this product very complex. A hint of the honey and acidity of the cider round out the profile.
