1st Course- Selection of traditional pintxos- (examples)
-Idiazabal cheese, country ham, piquillos, and marconas
-Yellowfin conserva, chiles
-Pipparas, olives, anchovy

 2nd Course
Terrina de Pulpo (Octopus Terrine), fried shishito peppers, smoked sea salt, salsa rosa.

3rd Course
Spanish tortilla, chorizo, house made salt cod, arugula.

 4th Course
Char grilled leg of lamb, Piment d’ Espelette, pocha beans, piperade.

 5th Course
Gateau Basque (Basque Cake), house made cherry preserves.
