Vander Mill’s head cidermaker, Dave Bayes, will teach you the ins and outs of basic hard cider making. From apples and yeast to fermentation and flavoring. Sample some of Vander Mill’s ciders and hear about the process of making them. Take a short tour of the production space and leave with your own five-gallon bucket full of sweet cider pressed right here in-house for fermenting your own hard cider at home (bucket not included and must be purchased ahead of time).
