Pintxos and a cider flight on EVERY Wednesday afternoon or evening!

Though the spelling might change from region to region (and we prefer the Basque spelling with an ‘x’), a pintxo is a hand-held snack from Northern Spain. Vander Mill has visited Basque country for cider competitions and our owners have fallen in love with the wonderful social, traditional snacks. We wanted to bring them here to share with our community! They come in many forms, but pintxos are typically found in bars, taverns, or cideries (sagardotegi in Basque) and named for the skewer (or thorn) often seen hold these hand-held snacks together.

Pintxos are a perfect single or sharable item. One of a kind here in Michigan and paired with a cider flight they’re even better!
