The Honeycrisp apple makes incredible hard cider; cider that is as delicious as the fresh Honeycrisp apples we press, ferment, and finish with fresh-pressed apple juice.

Barn Barrel 6.5% – 3/5

Dry, unfiltered cider made from common varieties, kegged without carbonation straight from the primary fermentation tank.

Hard Apple 6.5% – 3/6

A classic hard cider fermented from a blend of fresh-pressed apples. It’s balanced, crisp, and slightly dry.

Chapman’s Heirloom 6.5% – 4/7

Fermented from a blend of heirloom and traditional base cider, Chapman’s has an excellent flavor balance with snappy effervescence, a great mouthfeel, and a natural, apple-forward aroma.

Brut 6.5% – 3/6  | SOLD OUT

Made from a variety of Michigan apples, Brut is dry and boasts a clean fruit flavor and bright carbonation.

Limited Release

Our hard apple cider provides a base of unmatched fruit and acidity, while Columbus hops unveil an earthly bitterness.

Blueberry Heirloom 6% – 4/7

Made from a blend of heirloom and traditional base cider, this easy-drinking hard cider has a mild, clean tartness, blueberry color, and a natural, fruit-forward aroma.

Raspberry Heirloom 6% – 4/7

This clean, slightly tart, slightly dry hard cider has exquisite balance, a light raspberry color, and a natural, fruit-forward aroma.

Cherry Chuckle 6.5% – 3/6

Michigan Balaton cherry juice fermented with delicious apple cider provides an experience that is slightly sweet, refreshingly tart, and sure to leave you smiling.

Heirloom Ciders

Bittersweet Migration ’22 8.3% – 4/7

Fermented from a blend of Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Spitzenburg, and Golden Russet apples, this cider has an aroma of raisins and cherries that lingers with a mild tannin and acidity.

Casnovia ’19 8.3% – 4/7

Made from a blend of 2019 Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Spitzenburg, and Golden Russet heirloom apples, this cider has a barnyard aroma with significant tannins that are grippy on the palate.

Casnovia ’20 8.3% – 4/7

Made from a blend of 2020 Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Spitzenburg, and Golden Russet heirloom apples, this cider hints of barnyard, butter, and bacon with high tannins and a long finish.

Chapman’s Oaked 6.5% – 4/7

A variety of American heritage apples including Winesap, Baldwin, Northern Spy, and Jonathan are aged in white oak barrels to give hints of wood, vanilla, and tannin. Light carbonation lends to a complex fruit-flavored cider with a semi-dry finish.

Dabinett 6.7% – 4/7

This heritage, single-varietal cider is unfiltered with a rich golden color. It has high tannin, a slightly vegetal character, and a long dry finish. Served still.

Golden Russet 6.5% – 4/7

Single-varietal cider made exclusively with Golden Russet apples. Unfiltered and kegged without carbonation from the primary fermentation tank.

Spitzenburg 6.5% – 4/7

Esopus Spitzenburg apples make up this acid-forward cider. A moderate apple aroma and pale golden color characterize this dry, slightly astringent cider with a long mid- and back-palate finish and lingering dryness.

Ambrosia 7.7% – 4/7

A single-varietal with a subtle approach of fresh apple. Drying effect on the mid pallet with an astringent and lingering finish.
