Hard AppleOur Traditional Hard Cider is a semi-sweet cider. We use a unique blend of Michigan apples to balance acidity and fresh apple flavors. This is very approachable cider that is lightly carbonated and should be served cold in a pint glass.
Blue GoldApple Blueberry Cider. When creating products from Michigan fruits it seems natural to include Michigan blueberries. They add a nice fruity flavor to the cider. Like our other hard ciders, this one is not too sweet or overpowering. This product should be served cold in a pint glass.
Totally RoastedBeginning with our traditional hard apple cider we then steep candied pecans. We make our own cinnamon roasted pecans that bring vanilla, cinnamon, and a nuttyness to this product that makes it a truly unique cider. Totally Roasted is semi-.sweet with a tart finish.
Ginger PeachA refreshing balance of bright ginger bite and peach sweetness, neither of which will over power your face. Pair it with food, or crush it on its own, this cider is clean and crisp from start to finish.

A tribute to John Chapman, better known as “Johnny Appleseed”. It is made with four types of heritage apples including: Winesap, Baldwin, Northern Spy, and Jonathan. It is a semi-dry cider with a clean fruit flavor and slight carbonation.
Our Chapman’s Blend Cider aged in American white oak to give it slight hints of wood, vanilla and tannin. We use varying level of toasted barrels to bring out the complexities of the carmelization and richness the barrels have to offer. This is one of our driest, and most rewarding, ciders.
Our American Perry is 100% Michigan grown Bartlett pears. The pear juice is fermented just like our hard apple ciders. It has a fresh sliced pear aroma with a clean pear/citrus like flavor and dry finish that stays on the palate.

A collaborative barrel aged product between Vander Mill and New Holland Brewing Company, This cyser is fermented with Michigan wildflower honey to complete dryness and then aged in New Holland Dragons’ Milk barrels for 8 months. The richness from the stout, and depth of the barrel flavor make this product very complex. A hint of the honey and acidity of the cider round out the profile.
