1st Course
Apple fig chutney in a cashew-date shell. Kabocha squash mostarda and apple cider reduction

2nd Course
Delicata squash latkes, spiced applesauce, harissa smoked duck confit, coconut curry crema, bitter greens salad, pepita and totally roasted gastrique

3rd Course
Winter squash and goat cheese perogies, caramelized apples and brown butter

4th Course
Confit pork cheek, apple and delicata squash butter and perry salsa verde

5th Course
Funnel Cake, heirloom apple, cheddar ice cream, cider caramel and black walnuts
